Profile information is required for an Enterprise Level account. An Enterprise Level account functions as a container for lower levels of the organization heirarchy. For example, a master group contains a collection of employer groups. An employer group contains a collection of employers.
Enterprise Level Accounts are created using activation codes and the new account activation process. When initially created an enterprise level account does not contain any lower level entities. These lower levels are created by using activation codes to create accounts at the lower levels.
The Enterprise Level profile requires several fields that are marked in red boxes.
The Enterprise Level name must be unique and 30 characters or less. If two Enterprise Levels are created with the same name both will be listed for selection and confusion will occur.
