Privacy Case Test Help
The "Privacy Case Test" assists you in the process of determining whether an incident qualifies as a privacy case. If an incident is designated as a "Privacy Case" the Employee's identification will not be disclosed to the public on the OSHA Log but rather numerically referenced to a "Privacy Log" report that is not posted.
The Employee's identification is however included on the OSHA 301 incident report form. Simply answer the questions to determine Privacy qualifications. The Privacy Case Test does not force your designation as "Private" or not. It suggests what to do, but the decision is yours. You can always change your decision at a later time.
The answers you give during the test are not recorded.
