OSHA Recordability Test Help
Overview
The "OSHA Recordability Test" assists you in the process of determining whether an incident qualifies as a recordable case. If an incident is designated as "recordable" the record will be posted on the OSHA Log.
Simply answer the questions to determine recordability. The OSHA Recordability Test does not force your designation as "Recordable" or not. It suggests what to do, but the decision is yours. You can always change your decision at a later time.
The answers you give during the test are not recorded.
