User Defined Employee ID

The User Defined Employee ID field appears in the "Employee Information" section of an "Incident Report Form".

This is an optional field for employers who prefer to identify their employees by a number or code of their own choosing, rather than a Social Security Number.

It is a searchable field. The field value may contain up to 30 alpha-numeric characters.
