The Incident Search Form is used when you need to edit an existing incident record. If you select [Next] without setting any other criteria the results will show you all incident records that you are permitted to see with a Date of Injury in the last 90 days.
Functions:
Search Fields
Enter information in any or all of the fields to refine the search. You may also enter partial information in a field. By entering no information you will receive the complete list of all records withiin the date range.
Date Range
The default date range includes the last 90 days of records based on the Date of Injury. Your may also select a pre-defined range from the Drop-down pick list. This will override the displayed Start and End Dates.
Show Hidden / Deleted
If you need to view records that have been hidden or deleted, select one of the appropriate boxes. Do not select both. Once located and opened you will be permitted to Unhide or Undelete the record.
